By using FlyFiles, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Do not use the Service if you do not agree.

Account and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 14 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if required by law) to use FlyFiles.
  • You agree to provide accurate information on registration and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Use of the Service

  • FlyFiles allows you to upload, share, transfer, and store files online under your control.
  • You are fully responsible for the content you upload, share, and for independently maintaining backups of your important files. FlyFiles is a file-sharing service and should not be used as your sole file repository. Liability and Disclaimer.
  • Files may be removed after expiry or for violations of these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use FlyFiles to:

  • Share content that is illegal, obscene, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights or others’ privacy;
  • Transmit viruses, spam, or malicious code;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Service;
  • Circumvent security measures or attempt unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all ownership rights in your content.
  • By uploading, you grant FlyFiles a royalty-free license to store, transfer, display, and process your content as necessary to operate the Service.
  • FlyFiles retains all rights in its platform, branding, and technology.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. You acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of data loss or corruption when using any cloud service. FlyFiles is not liable for any loss, corruption, or disclosure of your content. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up any content you store or share using the Service.
  • To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the incident or €100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyFiles and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Termination

FlyFiles may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or for security reasons. You may terminate your account at any time.

Dispute Resolution

For EU residents: These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Consumers may submit disputes to the court of their domicile.

For others: By using FlyFiles, you agree to binding arbitration for disputes (no class actions or jury trials).

Changes

We may update these Terms with notice. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the modified Terms.
